Design your OM1
- A return design is sent for approval and final sign-off.
- Any additional changes required at this stage will be assessed at an hourly rate $150 per hour.
- Once the design is approved, a contract is signed with Dimensions X to secure the license and materials required to assemble your OM1.
- Flexible options to assemble your OM1 with a licensed builder or as an owner/builder.
- Dimensions X will send materials to your site, along with a recommended assembly schedule, manual and a recommended 'labour allowance'.
